Project Details 

A small & efficient team of us flew to Taiwan back in 2019 to film stories of one of the most exciting whiskey distilleries in the world. Kavalan Distillery has forever changed the world of whiskey. We spent 2 days filming in Taiwan with Master Distiller, Ian Chang as well as 2 days filming with Whiskey Expert and fan of Kavalan, Mark Bowery in Mendicino, CA. This short highlight video is a part of a larger documentary series we’re developing.

Our Approach

For this project, our approach was simple. We knew Kavalan had a powerful and unique story in the world of whiskey and we wanted to tell it as honestly as possible while still giving this magical feeling to all that they do.
